hi i have an game issue that says signing in and dont open any windows or something just...

hi geri thank for getting back to me, im currently running on the latest verision of windows 10 i made sure the update it multiple times to see if it was an update issue. in terms of error codes, i dont get any, it just doesnt open anything and then on xbox it asks for gaming services to download even if its downloaded. ive tried opening the games from the search bar and it just says tehre is a problem with microsoft store and no error message. also i have tried all the troubleshooting methods youve shown me and still it doesnt say anything except for the windows troubleshooter, in which it says there is hanging or crashing apps but that only appears half the time when i run the troubleshooter so i dont know if it is directly correlated.

I do not have any secondary accounts, just the one for me. I cannot sign in and the error says to try later.

When I try my account in xbox.com (in a private window) I can seemingly sign in (my credentials were correct) but in reality the webpage just does not recognize the sign-in, neither does it report an error nor does it hold any session information as though no sign-in operation happened.

A similar issue is occurring with the xbox app on my phone. When the app opens, it attempts to log in to the account and bails: "something went wrong. Pull down to refresh or try again"

Something has screwed up the centralized authentication service pretty badly.

dont think so Minc.. since MS said themselves.... a gold member with games downloaded from his primary console will have access to those games ANYWHERE he signs into... and while he is signed in... any games he has downloaded are available to play from
his primary console... signed in or not... as for switching accounts.... it is not sharing.... per say... just switching names....

Hey. The thing is that i cant sign in to xbox live. it says that i need my windows live ID to sign in, and i dont know my windows live ID. Is there any other way to find it out?

How did you get on , i have the same issue, the launcher opens , press any key and the window closes , i am also signed in
