    hi i have a xbox problem i was wondering if you could help me with i keep trying to download fallout 4 from my cd but it keeps stopping the installation around 27% i check what to do on the internet and the internet said download the game from the xbox store but when i go on the store it keeps saying buy game and doesnt give me the option to download

    Hi! My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

    Do you get any error messages or error codes? If so, please provide screenshots.

    The disc may be dirty or damaged. Eject the disc and clean it with a soft cloth, and check for any scratches.

    If that doesn't work, the disc is likely too damaged to install correctly.

    What you can try in this case is searching for Fallout 4 on the Xbox mobile app, and selecting "Download to console".

    MS does not giveaway damaged Xbox Ones. You can go to your local Game Stop(or equivalent store) and purchase a used console. Or there are some great holiday bundle deals out currently on new consoles.
