    Hi i have a question that's 1 year I'm member on xbox live gold that's going to 2 years to member on xbox live gold and i don't got any gift for example $2 or $4 i have a 2 friend that's less than 2 month he created his account he joined xbox live gold free
    trial 1 month an after he got $2 from email and another friend he didn't online for near 1 year after he watched his email he seen he got $4 from email why i don't get any of these?

    Hi i have a question about the ambassadors.

    One of the requirements for being an ambassador is that you have had no enforcement actuons on your account. So you would not be able to join.

    You have to have a clean slate for 1 year and be active to be an ambassador

    Promotions are sent at random and to different accounts for different reasons. So not everyone will receive them.
