Hi I got banned for noReason and I’m the chiliest guy ever

no one from enforcement reads or uses these forms and no one here or at Support has any power to look at or change any enforcement action.

What do I do if you guys h have already declined my appeal and I’m not the person that got myself into this permanent ban he stole my account

Hi the guy in question is different to the one I messaged. The guy that threatened me was about 4 months ago and received no ban. While i was banned today for the statement above. I’m fully aware that what I did was against the policy of Xbox. But am very confused how i was banned for seemingly nothing compared to what he did.

I’m not serving a ban when It’s clearly one guy making numerous false reports with no evidence to support his claims and I don’t have the option to report him for his actions. The system is a joke
