Hi I get refunded 5.00 dollars and Is not showing up anywhere

Please, check your transaction history and make sure it was completed.

Please, follow these steps:

Sign in to account.microsoft.com.

Select Payment & billing > Order history.

Order history

Clive View > Refunded/Returned

Let me know if it works!

You should be able to verify this at https://account.microsoft.com by signing in, then going to Payment & Billing then Order History. All purchases, credits, etc. will show up here. I would guess that the $5.00
credit was for some other action and not a refund for a game.

Mine shows MK vs DCU for 5.00. The MK that released in 2011 is showing up as 19.99.

The game if it has been refunded, the funds take anywhere from 1-5 days to go back to the payment instrument used. So if was just refunded yesterday, give it a few more days to see if it shows up.

If the refund doesn't show after 5 days, reply to the email that stated you got the refund.

Not sure if this happens anywhere else but every Tuesday movie tickets are $5.00 instead of the usual $9.99.
