Hi I dont hear anything in my headphones but myself what do I do?

i think you misunderstand. Everything is fine except i can't hear myself through my own headphones. mic monitoring, mic feedback.. what ever you want to call it. I want to be able to hear myself when i talk while i have headphones on, just like i could with
the 360.

Also how do i plug in both headphone and microphone at the same time? If i could talk, i couldn't hear myself.
