Are you subscribe do PC Game Pass with the same account that is set on your Window Store?

Please, first, check your time settings, and set it to automatic.

Press the Windows Key + X > Settings > Time & language > Date & time > Enable "Set Timezone Automatically" and "Set Time Automatically".

Afterward, make sure your Windows is updated:

Then, reset the Microsoft Store:

Press the Windows Key + R

Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Next, close the store and reopen it to check for app updates.

With the Microsoft Store open, click on Library > Get Updates.

After that, please, download the Gaming Services Repair tool: https://aka.ms/GamingRepairTool

Once downloaded, execute the file by right-clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator.

Follow the prompts and check if the issue was resolved (Press "Y").

Moving on from there, reset your network settings:

Please, follow these steps:

Press Windows Key + X > Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings > Network Reset > Reset Now.

I think it's EA's own EA Play App. It's all a little confusing at the moment. EA Origin still exists with its own app, but this is going to be changed to EA Play sometime soon. EA's PC subscription service via Steam is already called 'EA Play'.

For Ultimate or PC Game Pass subscribers, EA play PC will be coming in December.

Good day, I first subscribed to Xbox Ultimate Game Pass on my Xbox One console but when I went onto my PC to install FS2020, the Xbox App for PC does not recognize my subscription and is asking me to subscribe again. Any resolutions to this?
