    I bought the Champion personalization pack for Call of duty advanced warfare when I installed it and went into game it was still locked then when I tried to reinstall from the in game store it said you all ready own this and it's in your games and apps I reinstalled multiple times still didn't work

    If anyone could please help me I would appreciate it and not I would like a refund.

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:

    AW New personalization Packs not working on Xbox One???? Why

    I found something that might help some of you. It didn't work for me, but it worked for a few of my friends.

    "Close Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

    From the dashboard, go to My games and apps.

    Highlight Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and press the Options button.

    Select Manage game.

    Highlight the COD Champs Personalization Pack and press the Options button.

    Select Uninstall.

    Launch Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

    Go to Multiplayer, then to the Store.

    Highlight the COD Champs Personalization Pack, then select Install."

    I found that on the activision support website. sorry if this was already mentioned, I didn't feel like reading all the responses quite yet. But I hope this helps some of you.

    Like I said, that method did not work for me... If anyone knows another way, please link me. Thanks!
