Hi I bought a game to get xboxat live rewards to get 17000 credits but I don't get it.

here. I do know that there were no rewards given out in August, and if you bought your gold subscription some other time, keep in mind that the rewards don't get credited until the current subscription ends and the new one starts. As for the achievements,
Rewards checks your eligibility once or twice a month and then give you the credit for it at the end of the month. If I remember correctly, the movies, if they qualify, get credited to the punchcard and you must complete the punchcard for the reward, which
you'll get after the punchcard time period ends.

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. Since this offer just started, it would be too soon to see any eligible purchases for this offer.

Thank you for the explanation, I thought I will receive credit reward for every games I bought.. (That is my bad)

As mentioned in your previous post (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/43d99f1d-acc6-4814-8372-cb5214ae1863), we already adjusted these Credits. Our initial adjustment
of 5000 was deposited with various survey Credits on March 30th. Our second adjustment after your further complaint of 10,000 was deposited on April 13th. These will be listed as a refund with a negative amount on your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/).
Furthermore, 150,000 Rewards Credits would be 150 USD. We do not have any offers that would have awarded this much.

I did this too and talked with Customer Support. They said you can't play on PC with Game Pass. Even though a Sea of Thieves ad pops up at my Windows 10 start button for the Microsoft Store, and clearly says "Play Free with Game Pass" with $59.99 crossed
out. Why would this pop up on my Windows 10 PC when you can't play on PC with Game Pass? It's very misleading. Plus, now that I've activated my two-week trial on Game Pass, it's going to be wasted. They can't pause it ... I asked.
