hi call me ashton . i been trying to get my old xbox account back for years but to no luck? how do i fix this, the problem is that my sign in is blocked bc i had put to many inncorrect passwords. i recall my gamertag and account gmail. i dont recall anything else how do i fix this? also the gamertag is ashboy#3542 it has an minecraft enderman pfp

If you knew the current email of the account you're trying to get back into, you may try to reset the account password through https://account.live.com/pw
***Make sure to sign out any account signed in to https://account.microsoft.com website before starting an account recovery.

If it doesn’t work, try to fill out the account recovery form on https://account.live.com/acsr

I understand you need help with your console problem.

If you just recently purchased your console, this means that the previous owner had this console already banned and sadly, if the console is being banned permanently, this cannot be played online. I would suggest to have this returned instead since you cannot do anything about this anymore once the console is banned

Sorry to hear that a charge caught you off guard, however, I strongly suggest checking your other accounts if you have any and or asking your friends or family members who might have used your payment method.

But if none, your best option is to reach out to your bank and let them know about the unauthorized charge so they can block this for you and revert the payment for you. They can also provide you with a new card to help prevent this from happening again.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.
