    I am sorry that you are having this problem, if your region does not appear in the list then it is possible that you are not eligible to use your Credit card anymore, however you can take a look at the following publication which was published by Rohn007 where it explains a little this matter:

    You are unable to download/purchase because of "region" errors

    How I can change my region if now its оссия and on list of country I can find only оссия ( Its Russia in the Cyrillic alphabet). Maybe as I said problem is that any system MS consider Russia , оссия and Russian Federation how 2 or 3 different country
    (region ) .

    Since Israel is not on the list of Supported countries you must have created an account for a country that does not use the Dollar. To get that currency to appear you will have to create a new account and make sure the region is set to the USA (assuming
    you mean the US dollar of course.)

    However you will run into problems downloading content, as much of it is region locked. Meaning your account region must match your physical region (which they can tell by your IP address.)
