I have exactly the same problem. I don't even know what EA account has been linked to my Xbox account. I can't even tell you if it's mine. I've been gaming online since the 90s and I suspect at some point EA have acquired a game title for which I have an account and it's been linked to my Xbox account.

EA tell me the account is "deleted" but won't remove the Xbox link. It's a ridiculous situation and I can't link Xbox to my real EA account while the current link exists. The link between Xbox and EA should be a 2-way agreement where it can be severed from either side. I've been on to EA reps for 5 hours. They really are awful.

As it stands I can't ever play EA games through Game Pass and I'm cancelling my membership until there is a better solution in place.

Because I don't remember making an EA account and it doesn't show up on the link you sent me, but I've played a bunch of EA games and can't remember if I made an EA account (same for other publishers like Ubisoft and Blizzard).

You can create an EA account on the EA website and link your gamertag onto that account make sure your EA account is older than 18 and then try it from there. I did it to play BFBC2 back when it was new.

That's the issue, his age, you say he is 10 years old, to have an EA account, you have to be 13 or higher. There is no way around it either.

Hi - thanks for the reply. EA account online believes he's 19 - if you're talking about his DOB. I have an EA account with his email address, for him to use. I've NEVER given out their real DOB except in passport applications... ;-) So I don't think
this will be the issue?
