    Hi guys, I'm having an issue with party chat on my Xbox series s.


    Hi guys, I'm having an issue with party chat on my Xbox series s. When I try to join a party chat it says "connecting" until it says error and I drop out of the party chat, however this problem isn't happening on my phone trying to join the same party chat and on the same network. My NAT type is open, very stable connection and privacy settings are all open. Any help would be appreciated

    Please, try clearing your MAC address.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system, then Settings.

    In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

    Restart your console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

    Select Restart console and then select Restart.

    (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

    Sign in to your console.

    Let me know if it works!

    League Play is a joke!

    my biggest issue with league play is they allow party chat in the mash pit series. why even have the series if i'm gonna be matched up with people that aren't even attempting to communicate with their team to to win? also why do they allow parties to enter
    mosh pit if the champions series seems like its more for teams? i have been in a few matches where it was my team of 3 randoms (the others quit) against a team with at least 4 guys that were all in a party together kinda unfair

    I am on an Xbox series S. Ever since the outage I have not been able to use party chat, I always get the [0x81900CC] error along with being able to even start my own party or join anyone else's.

    Hashbrown, I have the same setup with my xbox series X, do you have any issues with party chat and game volumes or echoing in the party chat? Do you have any idea if I can alter audio settings for the mic through my computer?

    can use every xbox live gold service except playing online?

    Yes, idk if it's broken or something but I can join parties on both xbox's, I looked it up and you need xbox live gold to start and join parties. The Series S has only my account, and my account has my series S as my home xbox, and I can still join parties and talk(I'm in one right now in fact).
