Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer content from FIFA 23 to EA FC 25. The only allowed transfer was FC Points from FC 24 to FC 25, valid until December 31, 2024.

Also, I haven't redeemed the in game currency. All I did was exchange my Microsoft points for a voucher then bought ea fc points but for the wrong version. It should have been ea fc 25 and I purchased ea fc 24 points.

Did you purchase the points within 24 hours? If yes, kindly wait for at least 24 hours for your points to replicate across all Xbox and EA servers.

You may also try to force re-sync your profile. Kindly logout from your Xbox by pressing the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in.
