Please check your transaction history:

1. Sign in to account.microsoft.com.
2. Select Payment & billing > Order history.

From your Xbox console

1. To view your purchases, press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
2. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.
3. Select Order history to view your purchases.

If it appears please allow a few days while the transaction process, some card holders have this purchases on hold and might require some time.

My girlfriend had recently got game pass ultimate and we said we would gameshare it. Her home xbox is my xbox and my accounts home xbox is on her console. The subscription is only showing up on her xbox and is not transferring to mine also how do i fix this?

Gamesharing through the "Home" feature does not share the Ultimate subscription. "Home" console lets you play any of her purchased and downloaded games even if they are from Game Pass. Your account will not show as having Ultimate, and your account will not be able to utilize Game Pass PC or cloud gaming. Those features are only for the account that actually purchased Game Pass Ultimate.

Console 1

Has my profile, set to Home Console, and Son 1 profile. My profile shows in subscriptions the Gold Pass, yet says i need to purchase a game pass.

Son 1 profile shows no subscriptions

Console 2

Has my profile and Son 2 profile. My profile shows in su scriptions the Gold Pass, and says I need to purchase a game pass.

However in son 2 profile it shows under subscriptions the Ultimate Game Pass.

How did they end up on different profiles?

Thank you for your help.

I have deleted all games off both Xboxes now, to try and start fresh.

One thing I don't understand is that all 3 profiles now keep coming up with I have to purchase a Game Pass.

Console 1 = Has my profile which shows the Gold Pass subscription only, and is set to my home console.

My son's profile on this console does not show any subscriptions which I understand why.

Console 2 = Has my profile which shows the Gold Pass subscription, however when I log into the younger son's profile it shows the Ultimate game Pass only.

I purchased the Ultimate Game Pass through the website, not the consoles. So through my account, so why did they end up on different consoles?

Also why is it telling me I need a Game Pass when I have purchased the Ultimate. Its already come out of my bank account, and its active so I'm at a loss

I have signed in on my xbox and it says i don't own the ultimate edition and that i need to purchase it again. i have gone to my purchase history on the account also and it shows fifa 23 ultimate edition and that i have purchased it, but when i press 'show in store' nothing happens it just goes to a blank screen.
