Discus and support Hi-Fi Rush will not load cloud game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i’m trying to play hi-fi rush on my Xbox one through cloud gaming.     Hi-Fi Rush will not load cloud game


    i’m trying to play hi-fi rush on my Xbox one through cloud gaming. I have game pass ultimate, but every time I launch it, it says “failed to start cloud gaming session. You don’t have access to this content due to family settings.”

    I was on the phone for an hour with Xbox support and they couldn’t figure it out. I can play other cloud games but just with hi-fi rush I’m getting this issue. I’m on the main account and I’m the parent over the family settings.

    There is also a string of text below the “go back” button - see pic.

    Please do the steps below to remove the restriction for the account you are using.

    As the organiser, sign in to your Microsoft account on the Xbox console.

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > General > Online safety & family > Family settings.

    Select Manage family members, and then choose the profile whose settings you want to adjust.

    Select Access to content, and then change the filter to Unrestricted under Access to content & apps.
