hi everyone iv recently been suspended and cant find out for how long anywhere

hi everyone recently iv been suspened from y my xbox account tempararely and im not sure for how long i cant purchase and games or even change my privacy setting its the first time iv been banned before i can still play online but if iwant to purchase anything
i cant no matter the payment method i try i just get a message saying it cant process my payment tempararely iwas just wondering if thats because im suspended or not and if so can i purchase things from the xbox store after my suspension is over this is very
frustrating i have never been banned before my player rating is good and iv never wanted to ever go out of my way to offend another player although i will accept im suspended im just confused as to why i cant purchase anythiny? or find anything stating the
length of my ban.

how long am i suspended

Posting there will tell you why you were suspended, not how long, unless it's a permanent suspension. To find out how long you've been suspended, try signing into live and it should say "Suspended until ____" and give you the date.
