hi Microsoft replied to me and said that I called someone a [Mod Removed] so I got a 7 day ban when first he was calling me all sorts of things and I said something back to him and Microsoft won’t let me reply to them and I’m so annoyed please help me contact

Microsoft Edge crashes after 10 minutes

II can’t believe this post is a year old, there is not support and I started having this problem a few weeks ago.

 

Rubbish OneGuide

Can’t believe it, a massive company like Microsoft can’t work out how to change channels on OneGuide without a Kinect sensor, I can flick threw the guide but can’t actually select a channel to view using my Xbox pad, this app is pointless leave the Tv providers
to provide tv, absolute time wasters.

 

If you already submitted a case review and the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do but wait out the suspension. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block communications with them instead
of responding.
