Hi, can I get a commercial license to charge people to play Xbox?

I'm preparing a pc cafe that includes some VR rooms and Xbox consoles.

Are there any legal ways to set up the Xbox consoles in my PC cafe?

The BBC must show the programs for free but that doesn't mean their commercial arm can't license the programs to others where they can charge a price to see them.

Look at the amount of BBC shows on other channels such as Gold.

I doubt MS will have anything to do with it and they probably couldn't help you. You would need to reach out to your local legislators and ask them the rules/laws you need to follow if you are looking to make money.
