With rare exception there is only one version of a game, the deluxe, gold, or whatever is merely a bundle. Everyone has the same base game

I also purchased the 9.99 package of coins on 4-23-15 and received a message that the purchase could not be processed at this time. The purchase however was charged to my account and card. commerce.Microsoft.com told me they could not help me and referred
me back here. The billing forum has not responded. Can anyone here assist or advise on what I can do?

Today they canceled and refunded my game. I contacted support and they said that was for the upgrade. I asked them to link me to Diablo 4 Ultimate Upgrade I can purchase. He said, "Sorry, apparently the Ultinate Upgrade is not purchasable on MS Store."



Asked for his. to look at the actual product I bought and he said, "Yes, the coupon was clearly for the full Diablo 4 Ultinate Edition."



Told me to wait 2-3 weeks for an outcome.
