was provided by our Ambassadors. We do not have the tools available to us here on the Forums to active a code. Also, you will need the receipt and card when going to the place of purchase. That will allow them to active the card for you. if you are missing

Clearly they don't considering yours isnt activated. As stated the only place you will get it activated is at the retail outlet you purchased from. You will need to keep working with them and insist they activate the
code.
