    Hi all, just bought a refurbished xbox one x from gamestop.


    Hi I'm hoping someone can help, just bought a refurbished xbox one x from game stop, set it all up did updates, did everything and was working great. Then started downloading my game world of tanks 52GB. Game got to 20% said I could play it, so I went on to make sure i still had all my add-ons. Then installation stopped, i tried to get install up and running again but nothing, message read something wrong try again, so i tried to uninstall and it would only buffer, so i unplugged console waited 30 seconds and plugged it back in. Turned it on and now i have no signal to t.v. i can hear hard drive click when it first starts but never a signal to t.v, i can feel fan blowing air out of console and seems to be working fine except no signal. What am i doing wrong?

    Hi all, just bought a refurbished xbox one x from gamestop.

    It's working great again, but good advise, I'll take that into consideration if it happens again

    That is a good question, I'm not really sure but based on your description about the unplugging, there could be an issue with the internal power supply or the TV connection to HDMI.

    Ok after 3rd attempt and final before smashing and returning to gamestop it fired up. Readjusted display and is working great again. I thought I might have caused something by unplugging it when I did. One last question. Nothing critical internally would have caused this? Like failing graphics or overheating cpu or hard drive? Cause we all know these things ain't cheap. I'm cheap.lol

    Hi all, just bought a refurbished xbox one x from gamestop.

    Thank you for reaching out, tried all of that, still didnt send a signal, while holding start button and eject button after a out 10 seconds light comes on but never a 2nd beep. This is 2nd xbox one x in 2 days that had problems, first one the sync port didnt work.
