Hi all!I'm wondering if anyone Xbox savvy,can help me out reg.Forza2/ownership to the game?

Hi,Ive fallen into a bit of an quandrumdrum, if that's how its spelled... Got t game though.. ;-)

I've,of course , purchased this months Forza 2 game,and all DLCs, except the "10th anniversary" that comes as a seperate DLC from the game, and the DLC can't be purchased. My question is this:

Will I lose my offline access to Forza 2,if I download this "Game of the month",although I've paid for it before.,fair and square?

Please help me on what to do,because I have/want to have offline racing possible. ;-)

Can't sign in...

Hi

I'm wondering if anyone can help please?

I've been trying to sign into Xbox Live on my Xbox One today but every time I do so it signs me out immediately! I've checked the network connection and it says that I'm connected. I've also turned off the Xbox and then back on again but to no avail!

Please help!

Since you own the game you should still be able to play it offline.

It doesn't help alot though..

I have to get an answer from MS,preferably.

These problems could only get resolved in the near times ahead!

Hi,

Nothing has changed with the Xbox One system since launch. If you update now you'll get a new dashboard and you'll be able buy digital games. As long as you set your console as your Home machine, you can buy digital games and play them offline without
connecting to Xbox Live again. There is no requirement to be online all the time.

Hi there,

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us they can do a more indepth look into this issue.
