    iv noticed im not collecting my rewards at all for a full year how has it stoped i by in game money and have a monthly membership but not collecting nothing for it

    I have waited and waited and waited iv updated my info iv checked it over and over and over it has been over a year since you last deposited my rewards and I'm getting more and more frustrated please deposit my rewards or send me a voucher to claim in replacement
    of them as a year and 2 months with nothing is a joke

    thats all i got from them so far. however the email they sent this stuff to i no longer have access to and tweeted them to pm me or something so i can give them my gamertag linked email for them to email that to (which is what they shouldve done to begin
    with).

    Ive taken all these things into account, and im sure its not my router or modem, because me and my mum both use our laptops connected to it. Also these online games i play, i can leave them connected on my laptop for hours on end, and they wont have a problem.
    Im pretty sure it is my xbox. Ill probs take it to game station as i have a 3 year guarantee.

    account says upgrade gold. when ive been gold since the birth of xbl and xbr. why did it change my gold status to free? i talked to all xbl by phone and told me you guys have to fix it. please put my rewards account back to gold as it shpuld be. thanks
