    Hi all, I keep getting “something went wrong” message everytime I try accessing the game store. Tried a soft reset and a factory reset, but still get the same message. Any suggestions for an easy fix?

    Hey! There is currently an outage affecting the Xbox Store and Xbox Cloud Gaming. You may have trouble starting cloud games and accessing the store. This is currently being investigated.

    For cases like this make sure to perform a powercycle to sync your game data.
