Hi all I have tried the hard reset but it does not seem to work what can I do next ?

I says updating system but hangs on 63 % then comes up with an error code starting with 100 .

Hi, have you tried to hard reset your console? This could help stabilize your download issues, at least this is what I do if I am having difficulties. If that does not work, let us know.

Have tried reinstalling the blu ray app - no luck.

Will try a hard reset next - what exactly will I lose on the console by doing a hard reset??
