Gears of War Collection on Xbox One

I got interested in purchasing the new 2 TB Xbox One S - Gears of War 4 Limited Edition Bundle after hearing that after purchasing this bundle and redeeming the digital ultimate edition of Gears of War 4, I would receive codes for the Gears of War Xbox 360
Collection in my xbox messenger. I purchased this bundle and redeemed the digital edition of Gears of War 4 on October 18th and I have been patiently waiting for weeks now and still haven't gotten anything in my messenger. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month. So yours should be scheduled for deposit on the 24th (the next deposit date).

thank you, I know that, that's not the case, by 15th of this month I had 100250 credits pending, what it does and when it reaches 5000 it gives you a button to request early deposit, which again I don't have showing because my credits where not deposited
to my account but only showing as pending and waiting deposit.

I understand that you are trying to be helpful, but you are not, because thats not the question? question was: Why is it still pending 15 days after deposit and 4 days after November 15th which should be mark for auto deposit?

Because credits have to remain pending for one full billing cycle before they are deposited. In order to be deposited on the first deposit for this month (which took place on the 10th), they would have had to be pending before the 1st.
