Yes I've tried reinstalling the game as well. It wouldn't let me reinstall from my console but I for some reason I was able to reinstall it remotely from the xbox app.

This is happening to me now too. None of my Xbox-enabled games are able to log on. For an unrelated reason (Surface 2 LTE) I reset my device to factory defaults and let all my apps reinstall after signing back in. I then try to use any xbox apps and see
that I can't sign in. On my games app I am signed in and in the App store. I uninstalled then reinstalled many apps and still no solution. I can sign in on my phone no problem. What would the issue be?

I was banned four weeks ago to the day. I was using another Xbox messing around and thought I’d try to sign in. I am back online with no notification of permanent suspension. It let me log back into the Xbox app on my phone, start a party chat, and it seems….I’m back. Still working to verify this 100%, but I’m sure it wouldn’t have let me back on the Xbox app if it wasn’t official. I would give it til February 18 and see if you’re back. Mine seems to be a four week ban (or less), but they never noticed me.

No i made this account a few weeks ago. I started using the account the other day when i got to an xbox. This is the only account having trouble messaging. I even went on the website and the app to see if im able to message but there was no luck. I have
signed in on my nephew xbox and it said the same thing. So there is nothing wrong with the xbox if the other 2 accounts can message without an issue.

Hi there, Microsoft Rewards app was a little bugged this month. I had similar issues a few weeks ago. Be sure the app has updated or try reinstalling the app. They credited me with some free reward points once mine was fixed as compensation, although my
reward progress was still being tracked, i just couldnt see it. Hope this helps!
