Greetings, buy in preorder the 30 anniversary game of Street Fighter which offered me a digital copy of Street Fighter IV Arcade Edtion

Unfortunately I still do not receive the corresponding code for the Super Ultra Street Fightr IV game, it's been more than three weeks.

I have the same exact problem. I preordered the game at March 20, 2018 and I still have not received any codes for Super Street Fighter IV Arcade edition and Ultra Street Fighter IV.

Please Microsoft sent them as soon as possible.

I played Guilty Gear XX casually in arcades and on my PSP and I've dabbled a bit in BlazBlue Calamity Trigger and Continuum Shift so I do have some interest in Accent Core, but with Street Fighter x Tekken releasing in a few weeks
I can't see myself dedicating any time to another fighter (already have Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition + Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom3 + Street Fighter III: Third Strike Online Edition as well).

Simple solution is preorder from GameStop. Since you are in the UK obviously that's not an option. Nothing you can do besides wait for Capcom to release the costume for everyone.
