I'm having the same problem since December the 18th still no closer to a result I've played Xbox for many years now this can't even go online with my mates says my games pass ultimate subscription is active but can't use it can't cancel it cause says it's active can't renew it without it's saying we can't extend your subscription for 24 hours it's been 15 day still nothing can't get hold of anyone when I try get callback says error there end try again

did your subscription run out with recurring billing turned on?

if that is the case then your account will have a Past Due Balance which can't be paid using pre-paid cards or codes.

Well yes it is ultimate but it says normal game pass on the xbox app.

My Region is Turkey. And the subscription is being paid with Turkish Currency. Just the language is English UK*. IF it is not available I would like to pay for game pass for PC only then. Since I mainly purchased Ultimate for Xcloud.

Someone else stated they had the same issue and was able to fix it by changing their their settings from "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites." to "Everyone" on the https://account.xbox.com/Settings?rtc=1&wa=wsignin1.0&activetab=mainrivacytab and
then restarting the computer.

Otherwise, to receive a refund, you would need to submit a refund request or contact support and speak to billing again
about the ban on your account since it sounds like a billing issue and not an enforcement ban.
