HEY, read this, it's great!

Ok, I don't really need a "this question has been posted and answered a thousand times already, use the search feature, that's what it's for". It is, and no, it hasn't.

I have another Microsoft account. I'm pretty sure that's not too uncommon. I go in to log into my second this morning and I get a prompt telling me my account my be violating the terms of service. Ok, cool. Here's where the backwards logic comes into play though. First of all, if I'm violating tos, maybe some feedback as to where, how, and why might be useful, don't you think? I don't know if any of you have read it before clicking "I agree" but there's about a billion and one ways to violate their terms. I read less contractual lawyer-speak joining the military. Secondly, if I'm in violation of the terms, why would you want to give me my account? Why make that an option at all?

So I'm the account holder and I prove it. Nope, not good enough. I get a screen at the end that tells me so and reminds me that I'm violating the terms of service. "No [mod removed], really?! Where, show me, I can't believe this!". What kind of circular nonsense is this? Well, at least a rep is easy to get ahold of- one call or live chat will clear this whole thing up in two minutes. Oh wait, ha, I'm stupid, that's not a thing here. If you're going to lock me out of my account with no way to get in and no way to resolve it, MICROSOFT, why don't you refund my money instead of abusing your position of every kind of power imaginable over me?! Theft and dishonesty is in violation of MY terms of service. So hand over my money and I'll take me, my money, and my terms somewhere else. Gladly.

And that's where I'm at with this. If anyone has any useful advice, I'm all ears and eager to learn.
