Code of conduct

is there a way I can speak with somebody from the enforcement team I got a code of conduct violation and I've been with Xbox for over 10 years I would never do nothing disrespectful on Xbox Live so I'm wondering if there's a way if someone can contact me

Xbox one console suspension for no reason

hey im just writing out this so i could contact a enforcement team member as there is no other way to contact the enforcement team. my xbox one console has been suspended for 2 weeks and i dont believe i have dont anything worthy of getting a console suspension.
i had no messages to tell me that my console has been suspended and do wish that someone can lift the suspension as i have done nothing wrong. my GT: . i can provide xbox live device id if needed. if there is no way of getting my xbox unsuspended
i am buying a PS4 because there has been multiple times i have been communication banned for no reason and it is really frustrating

Sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours. The questionnaire is located on the page which shows you the enforcement action.

The only way to contact the Xbox Enforcement team is through the
Xbox Enforcement web site.

You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.
