    Delay are over you to get a refund… I suggest you to make a more secure account ( like asking a password or code before any purchase ) to avoid this in the future.

    Exactly which ones? That that come before or you preordered the new one Shadowkeep? Oh, I can see it is Destiny one. I don't believe you can. Here is the link to support
    and you can ask them. But like denis Have said, not likely.

    the only way is to go to xbox.com/refund but I can't guarantee you'll get refunded since a year has passed.

    Yes you can request a refund for dlc as well as other digital content as long as its done within 14 days of purchase.
