The Xbox Enforcement Team will provide general information about the ban but not the specific detail of what was said or done. They never do.

The Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums.

No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned or change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

Customer support should be able to provide the necessary steps to contact enforcement team as I stated above and no the link doesn’t give any details on the console only that it’s banned that is what problem I have received no details or reasons as to why

Then how come many other people are saying they were banned for no reason too and if it was so serious why cant they provide proof or details about a ban, no matter what you say, they do give out perm bans for dumb reasons otherwise there wouldn’t be such
a public issue about it

@onyxishere There is no reason given as to why a console ban is enforced. As the enforcement page states:

"To protect the Xbox service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about specific console bans"
