Hey I pre-ordered 3 digital games and one wasn't acknowledged?

To whom this may concern, I have pre-ordered xenoverse 2, final fantasy Xv, & infinite warfare. When I went to my punch card only final fantasy and infinite warfare were acknowledged as pre-ordered. Is there a way to fix it for I can get my 15,000 reward?

pre-order punch card issue

have pre-ordered more than 3 games before release date and within the rewards time limit for pre-order 3 digital games but one has only been punched and dead rising 4 does not say i even pre-ordered when i actually did.

15000 rewards credit for pre order

it has shown me with 2 out of 3 titles pre ordered on the xbox rewards pre order 3 games by December 31 for the past month and a half, I have pre ordered steep and resident evil and it still only show's me with 2 games pre ordered and not 3. I have pre ordered
5 games on the list all in correct time period and it is only showing two. I would like the 15,000 credits for pre ordering 3 digital games.

G'day Exo! Just to clarify, did you pre-order a disc-based copy and then buy a second copy digitally? If you pre-ordered a disc-based retail version, then it should come with that bonus. However day one downloads don't necessarily include those bonuses.
It varies from game to game. If that bonus wasn't included in the game's description if/when you bought it digitally, then it likely won't be included in the download.

Hey, dairyqueen162! Access to Nuketown in Black Ops 3 was a pre-order bonus only for the digital copies. In order to get access to this map, you would have had to pre-order the game through us. If you would like access to this map currently, you will need
to purchase a physical copy that has the code in the game disc. Thanks for understanding!

pre-ordered mine from Game online, pre-ordered FIFA and UFC but depending on their release date I definitely want Watch Dogs and even Dead Rising 3 looks good to me for a Zombie game. The only other one for now that's an almost cert is the next Assassin's
Creed.

Any games I haven't pre-ordered will be digitally downloaded.
