If you have two controllers synk the one which works fine up 1st, and then synk the one you're having trouble with as controller 2. If no joy try synking up with a 2nd console. In this way you'll change the RF signal in the controller and then retry the
controller with your console again.

That controller looks to be a console controller, so it won't be compatible with your PC.

I would recommend using a
Xbox 360 Controller for Windows.

Hey mate, as far as I know, you need to have the console powered on in order for it to charge the controller. I have an original Xbox 360, and that's the case with my console.

Personally, I have no need for "Backwards Compatibility". Because I still have my Xbox, Xbox 360. I understand why some want it, and perhaps even need it. (Because I traded in my OG Xbox to get the Xbox 360). But I ended up going out and re-building
(had to buy each part separately to save money, Console, cords, controllers) my OG Xbox. Never again will I trade in a console to purchase the next generation's console.

With that being said, I hope it comes for those who want it.
