    i have spent about 200 bucks on xbox this month and im 3star vip shouldnt i have gained points back for spending money on the xbox cards/purchases? Only points iv got was for the survey at the start of the month -_-

    Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for this month's purchases unless they are part of another offer on the site.

    You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists, but there is no guarantee they will give a refund.

    Best way is to choose one that you like to have.

    Open "my profile" and go to your achievement list left to Rewards.

    Now check the games and click on the pic you like. Go down a little to choose it as background.
