Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for this month's purchases unless they are part of another offer on the site.

You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists, but there is no guarantee they will give a refund.

Try doing a hard power fail reset on your network equipment (modem and router unplug each for 15 - 20 seconds) and on the XBOX console too. On the XBOX perform the hard reset as follows. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the
power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results.
