Hey I lost my info(Gmail and password) to my old Microsoft account but I got the original Xbox it was made on I can tell you the gamer points the games I played on it if any of that helps.

Just to set your expectation, due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover our accounts and verify their ownership. Even a Microsoft Support cannot recover our accounts on our behalf because they're protected by the security information we have setup on our accounts which we only have access to.

Did you mean that your Gmail address was removed from your original account? If so, you cannot use your own email address to recover your account. You must know the current email address of your account to start the account recovery process. Without it, we cannot start the recovery process because it's the primary key of our account.

Check the current email address of your account from your console.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & PIN.
Under Show on Home, you'll see the email or phone number you use to sign in. If you enable this setting, this account info will be displayed on your Home screen.

If you knew the current email, you may try to reset the account password through https://account.live.com/pw
***Make sure to sign out any account signed in to https://account.microsoft.com website before starting an account recovery.

If it doesn’t work, try to fill out the account recovery form on https://account.live.com/acsr
