Hey i just tried to reedem my xbox live pre-paid card but they are giving me error.

Im entering a pre paid card for 3 months xbox live but it keeps giving me error codes that arent working in you error code help system. What gives

What types of cards are they? If they are pre-paid credit cards then that may be why they cannot work as most pre-paid cards are not compatible with the Live service.

pre paid credit card or pre paid xbox live card? i have the money in the bank now can i not just use that?

Thanks for making your post, just to clarify is the issue occuring with a Pre-Paid Microsoft Currency/ Xbox Live Gold gift card? Or a pre-paid Visa debit card?

Atm i dont have a credit card to update my paypall account, so i bought the 3months XboxLive pre paid card, this is weird, i cant use the redeem code, it always gives me a error, it recognizes that its a prepaid card but when i click "OK" it gives me a error,
