    If you are playing on an Xbox 360, then yes, to play online you will need Game Pass Core (Xbox 360 will show it as Xbox Live Gold).

    Hey slimcode. What do you mean by he cannot create an app password? You mean after turning on Two-step verification, he does not have an App password section in the More security option?

    Hey again Angel! As Ermine mentioned we cannot discuss the specific billing history of your son's account here. If you believe there to be a discrepancy somewhere, or just have questions about what you are seeing, you'd have to contact a billing agent directly.

    As for your son's tenure of 5 now, it means one of two things: it was broken and is now fixed or now it's really broken. At this point I think we're going to need to do a little more research to see what is really going on here. We'll post back when we find
