Hi!

Verify that the W10 is correctly updated, as well as the GPU drivers. If everything is working, try to send a
ticket on the official forum, specifying the PC configuration and the issue.

I have a problem on sea of thieves too, I have already play on my Xbox one but now I can't start the game.

The message error looks like no connection (0x80270254) but all other game have no problem.

I have try uninstall but now I can't install....

I have the CD!!

I Have the same probleme.

Please note that it does note show anything except "an error has occured bla bla" on any page of the games for Windows, no possibility to do anything.

(in my case, I wanted to play Sea of thieves"-

Sea of Thieves is not a Games for Windows Live title.
