I assume this is a physical card. You will have to contact the issuing company which you can find on the card or the reciept. These are not Microsoft distributed products and the vendor is responsible for sending out working codes

I pay it with 100 dollars with my gift cards and i pay with credit card for 7$ because tax

I didn't GET a gift card, I got a dollar added to my microsoft account balance.

Hey Microsoft,

I bought a few weeks ago a 25 euro card Xbox gift card from Xboxlivekaarten.nl

and they send me a code.

But the code didn't work and i send a message to them twice.

They said that al cards came from Microsoft Xbox and that i needed to explain my situation to you guys.

They said that i could get the 25 that i bought on my Account.

I paid for it and it didn't work.

Can you guys check it out if my card glitched out of was just ussed?

Absolutely, you can purchase multiple cards and not only that, you can change the value of the cardd that you wish to purchase, like im shooting for a 100 dollar microsoft gift card its 91000 points, so this is cool
