    hey i bought call of duty modren warfare 2019 (disc version) BUT i wanted to install the game and i did install it so i installed the packs BUT TWO PACKS ( multiplayer pack and campaign pack) they dont get installed it says installation stopped I NEED HELP PLZZZ I SPENT 59$ ON THIS

    Remove the disc from the console, do these 2 steps below, and try again, please.

    Step 1: Clear the storage cache on your console.

    Press the Menu key on your controller.
    Click Settings, devices and streaming and then go Blu-Ray.
    Select Persistent Storage.
    Click Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

    Step 2: Power cycle your console.

    Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console until it shuts down completely.
    Unplug the console's power cable, wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds, this step resets the power supply. 
    Plug the console power cable back in, turn on your Xbox.

    If one of the packs is already installed, I recommend removing everything to avoid problems.

    Sorry about that issue , this may be caused by corruption in system files. Therefore, we recommend using the System
    File Checker (SFC) tool    . This tool scans and repairs corrupted system files on your computer. If running an SFC scan doesn't resolve the issue, you can use the Deployment
    Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool     to perform repair operations on the system files.
