I am sitting here for a week trying to download this patch. Each time it sucks the hell out of my 15/2 connection and then disconnects from x box live. I have tried everything with my router settings and no go. I am just frustrated with this download cause
it is taking over a week to do. If there was some other way I would do it but NOPE I have to sit here and baby sit this connection to XBL

That is your lifetime Credit amount. that includes previously deposited Credits. If you change the sort/view statement drop down menu shown in your picture, you will be able to view all past Credit events, including your deposit on the 28th of December.

Yes, when your local currency balance is not sufficient to pay for the content, you can charge the remainder to your credit card.
