My console is not in the preview or insider program, I am going to contact the developer of The Witcher 3 again today with all of these questions so that maybe they can look into it further.

Since this is not a public feature yet, please post in our Xbox One Preview Forums so the proper folks can assist! Keep in mind that you must be in both the Windows Insider Program and the Xbox
One Preview Program to have this ability.

If you are not a part of the Xbox One Preview Program, you will need to be invited by a friend to join.

Are you guys able to connect your console to your home network at all? If so, are you using a wired connection or wireless? If you're using wireless, can you try connecting to your home network via Ethernet cable to see if that helps any?
