Hey guys. The same thing was happening to me today, I just kept trying for about an hour and eventually got online. Xbox has just done a mass bann haven't they? Maybe something to do with that.

There's a couple of things you've already stated, but i'll just cover again for incase.

I suggest you have your PC and Xbox on the exact same network connection, with the same IP range and subnet range.

You need to enable game streaming on the console. under Settings > preferences > connectivity and enable game streaming.

Could you please show me how you do that on the xbox one. Because as far as I know the new edge browser has not been launched on the xbox one version of edge. Please do correct me if I'm wrong and maybe you can put a link in your reply with a tutorial on
how to do so. Because I'm looking at my updates right now and I dont see what you're talking about.

Hi guys thanks for the ideas issue is done them and no luck the only thing i have not done is reset my one x to factory settings and twitch help are usless they dont tell me anything that could help my issue

i did watch a youtube video of a guy that set up another xbox profile on his xbox and was able to log in and and stream from his account but as i only watch streams that does not seem to help me
