You will have to talk to customer support about this. But mostly XBox Does not do Refunds for Name Changes.

not a burglary as in breaking into my house, this was to do with my account, i wasn't the bad guy here but i'm being treat like i am, not being able to spend my own money on my own account, whats this all about, no self respecting hacker would spend his/her
money on my account, so whats the problem, yes i did forget my password and yes maybe i should have wrote it down but i didn't, see i'm the bad guy again, why would a ban on purchases be a security issue ? its my money that buys the stuff not the hackers.
i tried to reset my password but the moron computer keeps asking for a password that i wouldn't know because it was changed by the hacker.
