Sorry to hear it. However, no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to this link http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click on the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason and duration
of the action and open a case review with the PET.

Also, please note that having a lot of people report you will not automatically have your account banned or suspended. The PET investigate every claim before laying an enforcement action on the account.

Despite what some may claim, XBLPET will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions alwaysoccur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

basically what happens with a suspension is this

1. a report is made to our enforcement team.

2. it goes in line with all of the other reports that are made.

3. someone on the enforcement team will investigate it and if there was a violation of the TOU/COC then that is when the suspension is put onto the account.

this is why sometimes an account can be suspended on a day that you may not have even been playing online or chatting this is also why there are times that you may be on a suspension currently but if another report comes in and the enforcement team investigates
it you may get another suspension while you are on a current suspension.

Sooo, if I am team killed by a troll/tool, report him for team killing (which you apparently do nothing about), call him a tool and he reports me, then I get a comm ban... Hey, great system you got there...that was sarcasm....please do not ban me for using
the word "tool"...

I understand it's not possible to assist me here but it's not possible to assist me anywhere and I'm being bullied by your enforcement team Because of you guys's policies one I have not broken any terms and conditionso I've been falsely reported on by multiple accounts and you guys are banning me constantly to receive 3 suspensions in the same day for the same thing is ridiculous

But the person that reported us contacted the support team? And before i received a ban from the enforcement i also got in contact with the support team explaining my situation to prevent getting a ban from the enforcement team
