    Hey Advocacy Team!


    Been waiting 96 hours for contact from you. You site is broken for my zip code and it has totally locked my account out from making purchases. First I was told to just "try again later", then I was told the problem was my fault, then was told my account
    would probably unlock itself in 24 hours. Then after waiting 48 hours an not hearing from you, I contacted again. I was told I should hear back from you guys in a matter of hours. Well guess what, it's been 48 more hours and still nothing. When are you
    going to contact me and fix YOUR issue???

    Because their useless too tbh. I have escalated my complaint to Kathleen Hogan now and finally its being dealt with and took seriously by them. Thanks for the advise though
